Soothing Salve 30ml

Cold-pressed virgin Olive Oil which has been infused with herbs by the Solar Method – (Lavender, Calendula, Comfrey, Goldenseal, Rosemary, Sage & Thyme).

Organic Coconut Oil –
Healing, moisturising, naturally anti-septic, excellent for eczema and to support hormone balance.

Organic Rosehip Oil –
Contains EFAs (essential fatty acids), necessary for protecting cell membranes as well as vitamin E, beta carotene and the antioxidant lycopene, excellent for soothing, moisturizing and healing the skin.

Organic Calendula Oil –
With anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial anti-fungal and antiseptic effects, excellent for skin healing, moisturising and to treat nappy rash and eczema. Rich in anti-oxidants and helps reduce bruising.

Organic Hempseed Oil –
Rich in EFAs and GLAs, particularly helpful for skin rashes, eczema etc.
Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis) - a potent vulnerary healing herb with anti-microbial actions.

Organic Beeswax –
Rich in propolis, another superb healing agent from nature.

Blissful Herbs unique blend of pure organic essential oils, which gives the salve a beautiful subtle scent.

"Ahh... Blissful Herbs Soothing Salve, I haven’t even finished my jar and I’m in love. I could smell it the second I opened my latest package from Blissful Herbs, and immediately tried it as a lip balm. Since then it has been a treatment for eczema, nappy rash, mozzie bites, and a 4-year-old’s bruised ego, and has treated all with amazing success!

The texture is lovely, and soaks in quickly, leaving soft skin and a yummy fragrance, that even my super-sensitive husband didn’t turn his nose up at! If a little hard on colder days, it warms up quickly with body heat and doesn’t leave a greasy layer.

Eczema is much improved almost immediately as the dry skin is remedied on application, my skin just drinks up the salve, and with consistent, longer term use my skin should heal properly. Mild nappy rashes are visibly improved within a couple of hours and gone within a day, not to mention the gentle herbal fragrance from the salve is a pleasant surprise on opening a worn nappy! I’m loving it as a lip balm too, a thin layer soothes chapped lips quickly, and lasts for ages, and doesn’t transfer to glasses or affect the taste of my food.

Knowing it’s all natural is wonderful with four busy children under 8, who ‘need’ to have cream on every bumped knee, and while I would previously say no to (chemical) cream unless there was a ‘real’ injury, the Soothing Salve is a lovely option to let them have their bumps treated every time, without worrying about what else is going into their skin.

Works for so many sores

I had a couple of grazes post-birth which this helped fix super fast. The bigger shock was that recently my mother got hives around her hips & one application of this soothing salve & it had basically disappeared! This one will definitely go in the first aid kit permanently.

We use the soothing salve for almost everything.
Me especially, my lips are very sensitive to most balms/masks and I found that this is the only stuff that I can use!
It is also amazing as a nappy balm for my bub!

Soothing Salve is used for EVERYTHING in our household. For babies bums, birth tears, dry lips, skin irritations, cracked heals in summer and mild infections from cuts and scrapes and so much more. I received this in the freebirth kit I ordered, wowowowowow I'm addicted I love it.

I used it mostly on my newborn. He unfortunately got a bit of nappy rash. I tried standard creams you get from the supermarket and it just wouldn't go away. I used this for 2 days and his nappy rash was gone.
He also had some mild cradle cap and baby acne on his face, ears and chest. this has worked well at keeping his skin hydrated and removing the crusty cradle cap!
I love this. Before I finished the small jar I got in my freebirth gift set I ordered this because it's fantastic!
I will get this as a gift for all mums and bubs it's beautiful ??

Perfect purchase for the minimalist

This has been my favourite purchase so far. Never needed to buy nipple cream, nappy rash cream or bite cream. This takes care of it all and such handy smaller jars to put in a nappy bag for on the go. Minimises both what I need to buy and what I need to pack and no nasty chemicals!

This Soothing Salve is all you need for LITERALLY everything! I was lucky to have had it in my free-birthing kit and then Julie chucked in another little extra one after we placed another order with her. Wishing I hadn't given it away to friends to try but they were so good, I couldn't keep it all to myself!

I swear by it. Nappy rash, cracked nipples, itches, sores, bites, scraps, post birth (tears) etc one go of it and the next day, the redness is gone, swelling gone, itch gone and it's like it HEALS everything INSTANTLY!

It's that good if your 8yo comes asking for it whenever they've hurt themselves... haha!

I tried about 5 different types of natural, chemical-free creams and balms to soothe my daughter's nappy rash that was quite bad in the first month of her life.
This stuff is BY FAR the best.
10/10 would recommend to anyone.
It’s not sticky or oily and cleared my daughters rash in 2 days.

This salve smells delicious and is sincerely and smooth for using on various owies. My little ones love it on their lips and all their bumps and scratches. I've been using it on my nipples after cluster feeding sessions etc ever since having my third baby and it feels more effective than other products I've tried.
