Returns

There is enough going on for parents with a baby on the way or with a newborn, the last thing you want to worry about is needing to send a faulty or defective product back to the sender and at your cost. We will not make you do that. If you have received a defective or faulty product, simply take a photo, and send the photo with your order number to pfnm@outlook.com.au. If it is agreed that the product is defective or faulty, we will either issue a replacement free of charge or process a refund within 24hours to the original payment method.
If a product is damaged on arrival, simply take a photo, and send it with your order number to pfnm@outlook.com.au within 5 days of your package arriving. If it is agreed that the product is damaged, we will either issue a replacement free of charge or process a refund within 24hours to the original payment method.
