Returns
There is enough going on for parents with a baby on the way or with a newborn, the last thing you want to worry about is needing to send a faulty or defective product back to the sender and at your cost. We will not make you do that. If you have received a defective or faulty product, simply take a photo, and send the photo with your order number to pfnm@outlook.com.au If it is agreed that the product is defective or faulty, we will either issue a replacement free of charge or process a refund within 24hours to the original payment method.
If a product is damaged on arrival, simply take a photo, and send it with your order number to pfnm@outlook.com.au within 2 days of your package arriving. If it is agreed that the product is damaged, we will either issue a replacement free of charge or process a refund within 48hours to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We are unable to accept exchanges**
At Packages For New Mums, we pride ourselves on making sure our hygiene and medical products are stored according to the Health Regulations. Once these products have reached the customers hands, we are unable to guarantee the standards of these products. If your item is defective or faulty or we have sent the wrong item, please get in touch with us at pfnm@outlook.com.au and we will find a solution for you.
**We will allow for an exchange of the Baby Onesie if the size ordered is to big or to small.
Customer will need to pay for all postage involved-being postage of the Baby Onesie back to Packages For New Mums and for the Baby Onesie in the new requested size, to be posted back to the customer. Condition of the Baby Onesie needs to be as new. Baby Onesie is not to have been worn and to be free of any markings or stains. Note: Once Packages For New Mums has received the Baby Onesie from the customer, the item will be inspected by us and determined if we can provide a free exchange. If it is determined that the condition of the Baby Onesie does not qualify for a free exchange, the customer will be contacted to discuss a solution.
Refunds
Once we have received your correspondence, we will contact you and let you know if a refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48hours via your original payment method. Please allow time for the funds to reach your account.
If a refund has not been approved, we will let you know during the correspondence and work on another solution with you.
